Premium fire rated sealant that's recommended For high traffic floor joints such as those found in garage forecourts, warehouses, factory floors, sports arenas, shopping centres where fire resistance is required, Tecnic Hybriflex FR has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations.
Everbuild Tecnic Hybriflex FR is chemically curing and solvent free sealant and adhesive.
Hybriflex FR has the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies combined.
Designed as a multi purpose floor & wall joint sealant, concrete saw cuts cladding applications slab expansion joints etc.
Used for Joints that require a Fire resistance is required.
Tested to EN1366 Part 4 Warrington Fire Certificate.
