Simson ISR Construction Adhesive Permanently elastic and fast curing Marine and vehicle grade construction adhesive and sealant especially developed for industrial applications.
Simson ISR has been specially developed for bonding and sealing applications for Vehicular use Train Lorry Car caravan and motor-home industry,
also suitable for use in yacht and the boat building industry.
Elastic bonding and sealing in bus, caravan, train boat and truck construction.
Bonding and sealing of sun roof systems.
Bonding of roofs on buses, coaches, trains, and trucks.
Bonding of corner profiles of aluminium or polyester on trailers.
Bonding of polyester parts on metal frames.
Bonding of floor systems.
Sealing welded seams
Adheres to most surfaces including:
aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised steel, zinc, copper, brass, powder coated surfaces, most lacquered surfaces, glass, PVC, polyester grp and Lacquered wood.
MSR Features:
Solvent and isocyanate free
Very good UV-resistance and ageing properties
Long-time resistance to fresh and salt water
Good adhesion on commonly used materials without a primer
Neutral, odourless and fast curing
paint compatible with most industrial coatings and paint systems
Paintable after skin forming (wet on wet) this will not influence the curing speed.
Can be sanded after full curing.
Limitations:
Will not stick to polyethylene, polypropylene and Teflon.
